David Acar is a Manager in the Transaction Advisory department at the Düsseldorf office. He focuses on supporting Buy-Side and Sell-Side Due Diligence. In addition to ongoing advisory services for financial investors, he has extensive knowledge in the valuation and creation of financial models for integrated business plans.

After completing his Master’s degree at the University of Münster in 2018, David began his career at KPMG. There, he worked in the areas of Valuation, Audit, and Tax and supported numerous transactions across various sectors. His passion for transaction processes, value determination, and the in-depth analysis of business models continuously drives him.
