Special audits in the course of the foundation of a company and valuation opinions for shares or contributions in kind belong to his areas of expertise. All valuation methodologies are applied. Dirk Brandt has long-term clients for auditing and preparation of Financial Statements as well as in tax consulting. He gained his experience while working with Arthur Andersen and as an Energy & Utility Industry team member of Deutsche Bank in London. For several years he was a lecturer for the analysis of financial statements at the University of Economy and Management in Hamburg (University of Applied Sciences).
