Dr. Fabio Franzoi is a Senior Manager in the Transaction Advisory department at the Munich office. His focus is on Financial Due Diligence services for buy- and sell-side transactions. In addition to providing advice to financial investors, he is particularly responsible for supporting family offices and family businesses.

After studying corporate management and economics, he worked at Rödl & Partner in the Transaction & Valuation Services department. He advised national and international mid-market transactions for both financial and strategic investors. Parallel to his professional activities, he completed a doctorate in the field of financing, performance and governance of family businesses.
