Dr. Patrick Satish heads the tax department at AC CHRISTES’ Munich office. He provides tax advice on national and international M&A transactions with a focus on private equity investors. Dr. Patrick Satish has extensive experience handling tax due diligences, complex tax acquisition structures including post-closing reorganizations, management participation programs and he negotiates and drafts tax clauses in share purchase agreements on a regular basis. In addition, Dr. Patrick Satish advises corporate groups in the area of international tax law.

After completing his studies, Dr. Patrick Satish obtained his PHD in law on the topic of share purchase agreements under Indian law from a German perspective. Subsequently, he gained extensive practical experience in Big4 and Next Ten companies in transaction-related tax advice for private equity, joint ventures and strategic companies as well as tax-driven reorganization of corporate groups. In addition to his professional activities, Dr. Patrick Satish is an author of numerous articles on German and Indian tax law and he is an author of a commentary on the double tax treaty between Germany and India.
