Jonas Nesemann is a Manager at AC CHRISTES & PARTNER and has been part of the team since 2020. Since joining AC CHTISTES & PARTNER, he has specialised in financial due diligence and gained extensive experience in this area.

Jonas has been involved in a large number of financial due diligences in a wide range of industries. In recent years, the transaction focus has mainly been on industrial manufacturing, retail, software and construction.

In addition, Jonas has experience in annual and group audits as well as company valuations. As audit manager, Jonas coordinated group audits in industries such as IT/software and construction.

Before joining AC CHRISTES & PARTNER, Jonas trained as a bank clerk and completed a bachelor’s degree in economics.
