Jonas Reiner is a CFA charterholder and an expert in advising on corporate transactions at AC CHRISTES & PARTNER. He specializes in (international) buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence processes, corporate finance, and M&A advisory, including company valuations.

Following several international stays in Asia and South America, as well as completing an MBA in Munich and Taiwan, Jonas has advised on numerous transactions across various sectors for private equity clients, family offices, and industrial companies. He has gained experience both on the advisory side at firms such as EY-Parthenon, A&M, and Sonntag, and on the investor side at IVC Evidensia and Knauf.

Drawing on his extensive international experience and his background with PE-backed portfolio companies, Jonas focuses on advising international clients as well as those pursuing buy-and-build strategies. He is fluent in German, English, and Spanish, and has advanced proficiency in Japanese and Mandarin Chinese.
