Michal Wilczek heads the “Transaction Advisory” department at the Munich office. His focus is on comprehensive national and international transaction advisory in the area of Financial Due Diligence for small and mid-cap private equity and for medium-sized companies.

After studying business administration, Michal worked at PwC in Frankfurt and Munich in the areas of M&A, Valuation & Strategy and Transaction Advisory. He mainly served large private equity clients in international transactions. He then moved to Rödl & Partner and built up his expertise in mid-market transactions for corporate investors and financial sponsors.
