In this context, Simone Rupp conducts tax due diligences, tax acquisition structuring including post-closing reorganizations and negotiates and drafts tax clauses in share purchase agreements. Another of Simone’s core competencies is classic tax declaration consulting, in which she in particular advises portfolio companies on the preparation of tax returns and ongoing tax consulting topics following a successful transaction.

After completing her law studies, Simone Rupp worked for several years at PwC in general tax consulting, where she was responsible for ongoing tax consulting and the preparation of tax returns for medium-sized companies and international groups. She then gained many years and extensive experience in the field of transaction-related tax advice and international tax at Deloitte and Next Ten companies.
