Christina Nikolova-Kleine is Senior Manager in the area of transaction advisory services at AC CHRISTES & PARTNER and foremost specialised in financial due diligence.

After obtaining her Diploma in Economics at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg and the School of Business, University of Madison, Wisconsin in 2010, Christina has worked as Manager and authorized representative at EY. During her many years of professional experience at EY, Christina has managed transactions in different sectors for private equity clients, family offices and industrial clients both at EY Hamburg and at EY Manchester.

In the last two and a half years, Christina has set her focus on transaction advisory services for private equity clients with buy-and-build strategies in the healthcare, sustainability and IT sectors.
