Katharina is an HR manager and expert in digital HR projects, recrutainment, diagnostics and modern, digital talent management. She is enthusiastic about working together as a team on HR topics of the future, building and designing efficient processes and always focusing on people. In addition, topics such as long-term employee retention, employee-centered personnel development and maintaining strong, long-term relationships, for example with cooperation partners, are particularly important to her.

For more than 7 years, Katharina worked as a senior project manager for digital HR projects in the areas of online assessment centers, self-assessments, career orientation games and matching procedures for various corporations, medium-sized companies and universities. She also worked as an employer branding expert in university marketing at EY and in recruiting and talent management for (young) professionals at BOSCH and Holidu. She successfully completed a master’s degree in work, industrial and organizational psychology and is interested in continuous growth and further training, especially in the areas of HR and change management.
